Mercedes-Benz Geelong Annual Golf Day

Mercedes-Benz Geelong Golf Day
The Mercedes-Benz Geelong MercedesTrophy golf day was held at the Barwon Heads Golf Club on Friday 21st February.
A total of 65 players hit off at 8:30am for a shotgun start in windy conditions.
The fourth hole gave players the opportunity to support a worthy cause in the form of Challenge. $2000 was raised on the hole to provide funds for children suffering from cancer and other life-threatening blood disorders.
After the golf, players retreated to the club house for a delicious lunch where the winners were announced.
Congratulations to Frank Webb who was the A grade winner and Russell Sievers was the B grade winner in the Individual Stableford. Best of luck to both of them as they participate in the Australian final at Sanctuary Cove in June, we will be following their progress with nervous anticipation.
The winner of the MercedesTrophy Australian final will jet off to compete in Germany in the International Final.
